Sound Healing with Simmy Malhi, Sundays 3/23 and 4/27 at 6:00 - 7:30PM
$35 pre-registration, $40 at the door

Sound healing montage.jpg

Come in to a special Sunday evening as the season shifts -- experience sound healing at Watsonville Yoga. This event has been enjoyed by a full room of celebrants of meditation and healing through journeying into tonal resonance of brass bowls, bells, a gong, sitar, tuning forks, and other instruments that our facilitators wisely choose.

Be prepared to dive deep - fully supported by restorative Yoga props while laying on the floor or sitting if you need to. Sometimes Simmy will open by having each person stand in an enormous brass bowl for a sonic blessing from the feet to your crown. At times she will lead Somatic Movement to help us shake off our extra stuff before the sound meditation.

The sessions are always unique and spontaneous, moved by Spirit.

You can simply come in, lay down with the support of Yoga bolsters and blankets, and drop off the edge into luminosity in sound.

Community sing for justice.jpg

By Donation ~ Community Singing Circle for Justice will be held on Wednesdays 3/26, 4/23 and 5/21 at 6:00 - 7:15PM

On monthly Wednesdays at 6PM, Watsonville Yoga, Dance and Healing Arts will host a guided song circle for keeping our hearts lit, our voices witnessed respectfully and lovingly by each other, and our souls and minds together during these politically atrocious times.

You don't have to "be a singer" to enjoy being with others.... humming, doing vocal exercises, feeling the power of these songs, many of which have successfully moved the collective will to make things right since the civil rights era. Gently guided by local activist and meditation teacher Dorio Kilpatrick. All ages and genders are welcome!
